- If you are purchasing for a special occasion: We always advise selecting your delivery date a day before you need the afternoon tea to allow for any possible delays in transit.
- Chosen delivery date: While you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, please be aware this is not a guaranteed service. Although very rare, courier delays can occur and are beyond our control. Our parcels are insulated and can last up to 48 hours in transit. We cannot offer any refunds or compensation if the parcel is delivered up to 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date.
- Free delivery: This applies to a standard weekday delivery.
- Delivery availability: From Tuesday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
- Delivery times: Standard delivery can take place anytime on the scheduled delivery date but is usually between 7am to 9pm we do offer an option for AM delivery for an additional charge and this can be selected at checkout.
- Which courier do we use? We use DPD or DHL depending on the recipient's location.
- Perishable goods: Our products contain perishable items. Please ensure they are refrigerated upon arrival.
- Shelf life: For specific best before dates, check product packaging.
- Availability: Select your preferred date on the cart page, with deliveries available from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Where do we deliver? We deliver to all of mainland England and Wales we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland or any Islands, please see our shipping policy for more details. We are currently unable to deliver to the below postcodes & locations:
