How are your products made?
All our food is prepared by our chefs on the day your order is due to be shipped. We then pack our delicious items immediately in our insulated packaging to ensure freshness.
How long will my items last in the fridge?
For specific best before dates, check product packaging.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We always use the finest possible ingredients and whenever we can we always try to source British seasonal produce. We supply traditional Cornish clotted cream and our jams are made in Essex. We use high quality Scottish salmon and we handmake all our sandwiches & fillings in London!
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes!All our packaging is either reusable, recyclable or compostable. Please see our recycling guide on how to dispose of your packaging when finished.
I want to order to multiple addresses, is this possible?
Yes! If you have a large order with multiple delivery addresses please get in touch with our team and we can arrange this for you.
Can I edit or cancel an order?
Yes, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice. Please send an email to hello@kettleandcrumb.com
I bought an item as a gift, will there be any pricing information included in the parcel?
We do not include any pricing information in the parcel.
Delivery:
Can I select a date for my parcel to arrive?
While you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, please be aware this is not a guaranteed service. Although very rare, courier delays can occur and are beyond our control. Our parcels are insulated and can last up to 48 hours in transit. We cannot offer any refunds or compensation if the parcel is delivered up to 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date.

Can I request a delivery time?
Standard delivery can take place anytime on the scheduled delivery date but is usually between 7am to 9pm we do offer an option for AM delivery for an additional charge and this can be selected at checkout. Our courier will send an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all of mainland England and Wales we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland or any Islands, please see our shipping policy for more details. We are currently unable to deliver to the below postcodes & locations:

What if I am not in for my delivery?
No need to wait around. Since our boxes are perishable, our courier will leave your package at your door. A signature is not required. Our parcels are insulated and can last up to 48 hours in transit. Our courier will send tracking details with the option to add a safe place should you not be home.
How long does my delivery stay cold in the box?
We reccomend refrigerating the contents of your box on arrival. Or consuming immediately. Our parcels are insulated and can last up to 48 hours in transit. The box is fully insulated with gel ice packs to keep the contents fresh during the delivery process. It's ok if the gel packs within the box are melted. The contents should still be cool to the touch.
What if my afternoon tea does not arrive?
In the rare event your parcel has not arrived by the end of the next day, then please let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate.
It is imperative that someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date, or the following day. We are unable to offer any refunds or compensation provided the original delivery was delivered on one of those days.
I am ordering afternoon tea, is it delivered in the afternoon?

I am ordering for a special occasion, how do I ensure my order arrives in time?
We always advise selecting your delivery date a day before you need the afternoon tea to allow for any possible delays in transit.
