FAQ's

How are your products made?

All our food is prepared by our chefs on the day your order is due to be shipped. We then pack our delicious items immediately in our insulated packaging to ensure freshness.

How long will my items last in the fridge?

Typically, we advise no longer than 2 days but for best quality eat on the day of delivery.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Yes! All our packaging is either reusable, recyclable or compostable. Please see our recycling guide on how to dispose of your packaging when finished.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We always use the finest possible ingredients and whenever we can we always try to source British seasonal produce. We supply traditional Cornish clotted cream and our jams are made in Essex. We use high quality Scottish salmon and we handmake all our sandwiches & fillings in London!

When do you deliver?

It is possible to choose a specific delivery date at checkout. However, please not that this is not a guaranteed delivery service, sometimes couriers will experience delays which are out of our control. Our courier partner DPD delivers between 8am - 8pm Tuesday - Saturday. DPD will text you on your selected delivery day with a 1 hour delivery slot. Unfortunately we cannot deliver at a set hour or guarantee morning deliveries. If required by a certain time we recommend booking for the day before - just pop your items in the fridge and they will be perfect the next day.

Please see our shipping policy for more information.

What if I am not in for my delivery?

No need to wait around. Since our boxes are perishable, our courier will leave your package at your door. A signature is not required.

Our packaging is made to keep the contents nice and cool during transit.

DPD will send tracking details with the option to add a safe place should you not be home.

How long does my delivery stay cold in the box?

We reccomend refrigerating the contents of your box on arrival. Or consuming immediately.

The box is fully insulated with gel ice packs to keep the contents fresh during the delivery process.

It's ok if the gel packs within the box are partially melted. The contents should still be cool to the touch.
